Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Toddl, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who can use Toddl

• You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• You must be a parent, legal guardian, or authorized family member of any child whose content you capture
• One account per person

3. Your content

You own the content you create (words, meanings, dialogues, photos, etc.). By using Toddl you grant us a limited license to store and display it back to you and to other members of your family group. We do not use your content to train models, for advertising, or for any purpose other than operating the service.

4. Acceptable use

Don't:

• Use the service to harass, abuse, or exploit anyone
• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes others' rights
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent security of the service
• Probe or scan the service
• Create accounts at scale, share accounts, or sell access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Family groups

• A family may have multiple members; each member sees content for the whole family
• The family creator is the default "owner"
• Adding a family member grants them full read/write access to that family's content
• Deleting your account does not automatically delete the family if other members remain; see Privacy Policy for specifics

6. Payments

Toddl is currently free. If we introduce paid tiers, prices and refund policy will be published separately and subject to your agreement.

7. Service availability

We strive for uptime but make no guarantees. The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Your data and deletion

You can export your data (Memory Book PDF; JSON on request) and delete your account at any time via in-app Settings. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

Toddl — including the name, logo, designs, and code — is the property of its operator. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or (b) USD 100.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app at least 30 days before taking effect.
